Scope and acceptance

These website terms apply when you visit or use topoloom.dev, read its public content, or submit a demo or access request. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

02 · Content

Website content

The site explains Topoloom’s product category, workflows, boundaries, and evaluation approach. Content is provided for general product information and does not create a warranty, service commitment, professional advice relationship, or offer capable of acceptance.

Features, integrations, and availability may depend on product version, configuration, provider, deployment, and the applicable agreement. A product demonstration or written agreement is the appropriate source for commitments specific to your environment.

03 · Use

Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful business evaluation, research, and communication with Topoloom. You must not:

• attempt unauthorized access to the site, its forms, infrastructure, accounts, or connected systems;
• interfere with site operation, security controls, rate limits, or another person’s use;
• submit malware, unlawful material, deceptive requests, or information you are not authorized to provide;
• misrepresent affiliation with Topoloom or use site content to imply an endorsement that has not been given; or
• copy, extract, or automate access to the site in a way that creates unreasonable load or violates applicable law.

04 · Requests

Demo and managed-access requests

Submitting a form asks the Topoloom team to contact you. It does not create a customer relationship, guarantee access, reserve capacity, or commit either party to a transaction. Scope, timing, access, support, and commercial terms are confirmed separately in writing.

Do not submit passwords, credentials, confidential architecture, production data, or other sensitive information through a website form. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy notice.

05 · Ownership

Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, graphics, product names, trademarks, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Relia1 Pte. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to view and use the public site for its intended business-information purpose.

No permission is granted to use Topoloom or Relia1 names, marks, or branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without prior written permission.

06 · External services

Third-party services and links

The site may depend on or link to third-party services. Their availability, content, security, and terms are controlled by their respective providers. A link or integration reference does not by itself mean that Topoloom endorses the provider or accepts responsibility for its service.

07 · Responsibility

Disclaimers and liability

We take reasonable care in operating the site, but the public site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude implied warranties relating to the public website and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from its use or unavailability.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any liability relating to a product evaluation, subscription, customer workspace, or professional service is governed by the agreement that covers that service.

08 · Administration

Changes and contact

We may update these website terms when the site, our services, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes apply from the published effective date and do not alter a separate signed agreement.
